Obsahem tohoto školení je úvod do základů řízení IT služeb (IT Service Management) (ITSM) na základě verze 3. soustavy nejlepších postupů řízení ITIL. Popisuje klíčové pojmy, procesy, funkce a úlohy životního cyklu služby ITIL a zaměřuje se na hlavní rozdíly mezi verzemi 2 a 3 ITIL. Na interaktivní výuce založené školení sestává z lekcí a praktických cvičení, jež napomáhají vybudovat dobrou znalost a chápání hlavních aspektů ITIL V3. Školení je pro účastníky přípravou na složení certifikační zkoušky ITIL V3 Foundation. Po absolvování tohoto kurzu můžete získat 22,5 PDU. Uvedená cena neobsahuje poplatek za certifikační zkoušku.

This course introduces the fundamentals of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It describes the key concepts, processes, functions and roles of the ITIL service lifecycle. The course is made up of lectures and practical assignments, which provide an interactive learning experience. This results in good awareness and comprehension of the main aspects of ITIL. The course prepares attendees for the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate examination. You could obtain 22,5 PDU (Professional Development Units) after you have attained this course. Price of exam is not included in the price of the course.

All IT Staff, system and network administrators, managers and executives who are responsible for the delivery of IT services in an organization

Experience and knowledge of IT computing environments are useful but not essential

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to:

  • Gain an understanding of the ITIL service lifecycle and its key components.
  • Gain the knowledge necessary to prepare for the “Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management” examination from EXIN, ISEB or APM Group.
